If you have a mobile device with a Windows Mobile operating system installed, this software has the ability to get the job done. Unfortunately the software is not available as a client application for the iPhone or Blackberry but can be accessed from a website.

Data Import/Export Capabilities: 3 out of 5

You have the ability to import data into your forms from Comma Separated Value (CSV) files, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft SQL (for multiple choice and multi-select questions only). The rating would have been higher if you could connect directly to a database and perform live updates and if more databases were supported.

Other Features: Within FAST you have the ability to sketch an image, capture a photo/video, attach any file type, include a signature, and incorporate GPS data to a form.
